Nickel per serving (8 wings): 3.7 mcg
Nickel Total: 11.1 mcg
Difficulty: Easy
This is an easy last-minute meal. You can easily skip the garlic and/or parmesan if either gives you trouble. Sometimes I sprinkle a little curry for seasoning. The nickel total is based on 24 wings.
Ingredients

- 1-2 tbsp Olive oil
- ~2 tsp Garlic*, minced or powder
- Sea salt to taste
